Hey there! I'm Gino Ferrand, CEO of Tecla and GILD. I started Redeployed to break down the AI shifts that matter most to technology companies and the leaders building them.

Every week, I unpack one important story in AI and explain what it signals for technology leaders, from how teams build and execute to how companies stay competitive as the ground keeps shifting.

Who am I?
I’m the founder and CEO of Tecla, a company that helps technology businesses hire high-performing technical talent in the U.S. and nearshore. I’m also the founder of GILD, a private community and event series that brings together senior technology leaders for honest conversations about AI, product development, execution, and where the industry is heading.

Over the last decade, I’ve worked closely with founders, operators, engineers, and technical leaders tackling hard problems across AI, cloud, and product development. I still stay close to the work, the technology, and the real-world decisions leaders are making as AI changes how modern companies operate.
