Hey there! I'm Gino Ferrand, CEO of TECLA, and I started Redeployed to explore how AI is shaking up software development and the developer talent market.

Who am I?
I’m the founder and CEO of TECLA, an engineer staffing platform that’s helped hundreds of U.S. tech companies (from early-stage startups to $1B+ world-famous brands) build high-performing engineering teams.

Over the last 10 years, I’ve worked closely with hundreds of engineers and technical leaders to solve hard problems in cloud infrastructure, AI, and product development. I started coding and building online in the Geocities era, launched my first business as a college freshman, and today still lead product and architecture at TECLA while staying deeply involved in the hiring and technical vetting process we’re known for.
